A vendor is not automatically a subprocessor for every activity. The applicable role depends on the service and contract: infrastructure processing customer records on Kibi’s behalf is different from a customer’s independent relationship with its messaging, advertising or payment provider.

Provider names identify the supplied services, not completed contractual approval. Provider certification or a privacy-policy link alone does not establish that StritMedia has executed the required agreement. No blanket “all data stays in your country” assurance is made.
Customer-selected providers
Where enabled and connected, Google, Meta/WhatsApp, Twilio, MSG91, Stripe and Razorpay can receive or return the data needed for the selected messaging, lead, outcome or payment feature. Google conversion feedback and Meta outcome signals are available. Google lead forms, imported Google ad spend and Sign in with Google remain Coming. A business chooses these connections and must review the relevant provider’s terms and role. These optional connections are not represented as automatically active for every workspace or all appointed as StritMedia’s subprocessors under identical terms.
Updates and contractual authorisation
We update this register when confirmed providers or relevant processing changes. Before adopting a final customer DPA, StritMedia must complete the legal-entity/location schedule, establish the appropriate supplier contracts and agree a workable subprocessor-change notice/objection process. This public page alone does not create missing processor contracts or international-transfer safeguards. Contact us before relying on a completed EU/UK processing arrangement.
