Version 1.0 · Effective 13 October 2026 · StritMedia
1. Who we are
Kibi is operated by StritMedia, registered in India, at Aurora Waterfront, 12th Floor, Kolkata 700091, West Bengal, India (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you connect a Kibi account through the Kibi Forms plugin for WordPress or the Kibi Forms plugin for Framer, and to your use of the Kibi service (app.kibihq.com and api.kibihq.com) through that connection (“the service”). If you’ve signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement applies instead where the two differ.
The plugins themselves work on your site without Kibi. Kibi Forms for WordPress is free software under the GPL; these terms cover only the Kibi service you choose to connect.
3. Your account
You must be an adult with authority to act for your business. Keep your sign-in email secure, give access only to people you trust, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone has used your account without permission. You’re responsible for what happens in your workspace and for the people you invite.
4. Trial, plans and payment
New accounts get a free trial. Its length and what’s included are shown when it starts. After the trial, the service needs a paid plan. Prices, billing period and taxes are shown before you pay, and that’s what you’re charged. Third-party costs (for example WhatsApp, text messaging or payment gateways) are billed by those providers or as shown in Kibi, separately from your plan.
You can cancel any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and we don’t refund part periods, unless the law that applies to you gives you a right to a refund or to cancel: that right always applies. Ending a trial or a plan doesn’t delete your records by itself.
5. Your data
Your enquiries, contacts and other records are yours. We use them only to provide, secure and support the service, and as you instruct; we don’t sell them or use them for unrelated purposes. Our privacy policy (kibihq.com/legal/privacy/) explains how we handle personal data. You’re responsible for collecting your visitors’ and customers’ data lawfully, including any notices and consents your forms need.
You can export your data and ask us to delete your workspace at any time; the data deletion page (kibihq.com/data-deletion/) explains how. Disconnecting a plugin stops new entries reaching Kibi; your site keeps its own copies.
6. Fair use
Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful: no spam or unsolicited messaging, malware, harassment, or attempts to access other people’s accounts or data, and don’t overload public forms or the API. Respect people’s choices to opt out. We may limit or suspend access to deal with a security risk, unlawful use or serious misuse, and will tell you when it’s lawful and practical to do so.
7. Other services you connect
If you connect other providers (for example WhatsApp, email, payment or advertising services), their own terms and charges apply, and we aren’t responsible for what they do.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Features marked “Beta” or “Coming” may change or not be available yet. We may improve or change features; if a change takes away something important you pay for, we’ll tell you in advance.
9. Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing). We aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, or takes away rights you have under consumer law.
10. Ending
You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling your plan and disconnecting the plugin. We may end the service for you if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms; if we end it for another reason, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and a chance to export your data.
11. Changes to these terms
We’ll email you at least 30 days before a change that matters takes effect, and show the new version and date here. If you keep using the service after that date, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can cancel before then.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection the law of your own country gives you that can’t be set aside by agreement. Please contact us first at [email protected]; most problems are quickest to fix that way.
