Know when an email fails

Most form plugins fail silently. Kibi Forms tells you, and why.

  1. Failed emails are flagged

    If your site couldn’t send the notification email, the entry says so — the enquiry itself is safe in your Inbox.

  2. The Email log says why

    Every email your site sent or tried to send, with the reason in plain words — and one-click Resend.

  3. Check your email works

    “Send a test” sends a real email the same way new-entry emails go out. Then tell us if it arrived.
